Use this page to report issues with the intelligence outputs, request changes to tracking, and suggest improvements to templates and training. This is an internal support channel for the Laxyip Sovereign Intelligence team.
Report a data issue
When something looks wrong or incomplete (e.g., vendor name, PSIB flag, contract value, dates, department, NAICS/UNSPSC, set-aside status), include:
- Where you saw it (page + section + row/title)
- What appears incorrect
- What you believe it should be (and why)
- Source link or reference (CanadaBuys / Open Government record) if available
Request new filters or categories
Use this for new tracking needs (e.g., departments, regions, service lines, set-aside types, keyword families). Include:
- Filter/category name
- Definition (what should be included/excluded)
- Example contracts/opportunities that should match
- Priority (high/medium/low) and why
Improve templates & training
Suggestions are most useful when they include the specific template/module, the current wording/step, and the proposed change.
- Capability Statement (structure, language, evidence fields)
- Outreach scripts (openers, follow-ups, subject lines)
- 4-week curriculum (sequence, exercises, checklists)
- Monthly brief format (tables, tiers, recommended actions)
